Move &
Bloom

Early Childhood Development Program for Babies

You don’t need more information. You need the right guidance.

Most parents aren’t sure what to look for when it comes to infant physical development milestones.

You might be wondering:

“Should they be doing more by now?”

“Is my baby on track?”

“Am I helping… or making it harder?”

The truth is, small habits and subtle patterns can shape how your baby moves and develops over time.
Move & Bloom gives you real-time insight into your baby’s movement—so you can make small, supportive adjustments early, instead of worrying later. Move & Bloom is created and led by a pediatric physical therapist with 25+ years of experience supporting infants and families. You don’t need to “fix” your baby. You just need to understand what you’re seeing—and how to respond.

A different kind of early childhood development class

Our Move & Bloom sessions aren’t traditional early childhood development classes where you sit and learn theory.
This is in person, guided support centered around your baby.

Inside each session:

  • Your baby moves naturally
  • A pediatric physical therapist observes patterns, alignment, and coordination
  • You receive simple, personalized guidance you can use right away

So instead of wondering if you’re doing the “right” thing… you begin to understand your baby’s movement, patterns, and needs with clarity.

You’ll learn how to support physical development milestones in infants without overcorrecting or overthinking, so you can catch small issues early and feel confident in what you’re doing.

No pressure. No overwhelm. Just clear, expert support when it matters most.

How Move & Bloom supports your baby’s development

What if my baby is fussy or not cooperating?

That’s completely normal—and expected.

Pamela has over 25 years of experience working with infants and understands how to read and support babies in real-life moments. Sessions are designed to feel relaxed, flexible, and supportive for both babies and parents.

01/06

How do I know if my baby needs this?

If you’re questioning your baby’s movement, milestones, positioning, or development—even just a little—Move & Bloom can help.

Many parents join not because something is “wrong,” but because they want expert reassurance, clarity, and guidance during the first year of development.

02/06

What if my baby isn’t “on track”?

Every baby develops differently.

If Pamela notices movement patterns or developmental concerns that need extra support, she’ll help you better understand what’s going on and guide you through personalized next steps tailored to your baby’s needs.

03/06

How often should we come?

You can come as often as feels supportive for you and your baby.

Some families attend once for reassurance, while others return regularly for continued guidance as their baby grows and reaches new milestones.

04/06

Is this only for babies with concerns?

Not at all.

Many parents attend Move & Bloom proactively to better understand infant gross motor development milestones and receive expert guidance during the first year.

This program is both supportive and preventative.

05/06

What if my baby has a diagnosis?

If your baby has a medical diagnosis or requires more individualized therapeutic support, Pamela may recommend private pediatric physical therapy sessions instead of the group setting to ensure your baby receives the best level of care.
